POS for Kenyan boutiques
A dress in four sizes and three colours is twelve different items on the rail. Afritelligence counts each size and colour on its own, so you know you have the black in medium before the customer asks, and you reorder what sells instead of guessing.
- ✓Sizes and colours, each with its own stock
- ✓Scan the tag or search at the till
- ✓Exchanges that put stock right
- ✓M-Pesa, cash or a split
- ✓Best sellers by style, size and colour
- ✓Stock per shop if you have more than one
How a boutique day works
Scan the tag or search the style, and the right size and colour goes on the receipt. Take M-Pesa or cash, share the receipt on WhatsApp, and stock for that exact size and colour comes down. When a customer returns for a different size, the exchange puts both counts right.
At the end of the month, see which styles, sizes and colours sold and which sat on the rail, so the next order from your supplier or from Gikomba is based on what customers actually bought.
Getting started
Sign up as a clothing shop, add each style with its sizes and colours (or import them), print barcodes if you want them, and start selling on your phone or laptop the same day.
