Every sale, void, discount and stock change is recorded against the person who did it. Cashiers can't change prices, void sales or see reports unless you allow it, and shift cash-ups show shortages the same day.

Yes. It runs online, so a shop in Nairobi, Mombasa, Kisumu, Nakuru, Eldoret or any town with mobile data can use it on a phone, tablet or computer.

Yes. Choose M-Pesa at the till and type the transaction code. The code is saved with the sale, and the payments report totals M-Pesa separately so you can match it with your M-Pesa statement.

Yes. Add your KRA PIN in Settings and it prints on every receipt. If you're VAT registered, switch it on and the receipt shows the 16% VAT included in the total. A customer's KRA PIN prints too when you attach a customer who has one to the sale.

Yes. Set a credit limit for each customer, put sales on their account, and track what they owe with a full statement you can send on WhatsApp.
