A restaurant in Nairobi, a bar in Mombasa, a fast food shop in Kisumu and a hotel restaurant in Naivasha all need the same things: orders that reach the kitchen, bills that add up, M-Pesa at the till and stock that is counted. You do not need a different system in each town.
What stays the same everywhere
- Orders from a waiter's phone to the kitchen and bar screens.
- Numbered bills and a cashier who confirms payment.
- M-Pesa, cash and card on one bill.
- Stock per dish and drink, with low stock alerts.
- Reports on sales, profit and each cashier.

Nairobi and Thika
Busy restaurants and lounges with many guests at once benefit most from waiter orders, screens and a clear cashier flow. See the lounge management system and restaurant POS system pages.
Mombasa, Naivasha and tourist areas
Hotels and lodges with a restaurant and rooms can put restaurant tabs on the guest's room and settle at check-out. See the hotel POS system page.
Kisumu, Nakuru and Eldoret
Fast food shops, cafés and bars can start with a simple till and add tables and screens as they grow. See the fast food management system and cafe management system pages.
Choosing by the kind of business, not the town
Pick the package that matches how you serve guests. A fast food shop with a counter and no seating can use the Starter plain till. A restaurant, bar or lounge with waiters needs tables, tabs and the screens that come with the Business package. A hotel or lodge with rooms needs Pro. See the prices.
Getting started in any town
Sign up, choose "Restaurant, hotel, bar and club" as your business type, add your menu and prices, add your staff and take a test order. Most owners can do this in a single afternoon before opening day. The same steps apply whether you are in Eldoret, Naivasha or Thika.

An example: one owner, two towns
An owner has a fast food shop in Nakuru and a bar in Kisumu. Both run in a browser, so the owner logs in from a phone and sees the sales of each branch, each with its own stock. At the Kisumu bar the waiters run tabs and the barman uses the bar screen. In Nakuru the cashier runs a quick till. The owner reads the daily sales and each cashier's takings without driving between the two.
Checklist for any town
- A stable internet connection or a phone with data.
- A phone, tablet or computer at the till.
- Logins for each person.
- Menu and prices set up before opening day.
- Stock counted on the first day.
Common mistakes to avoid
- Waiting for a perfect setup. Start with the menu and the till, then add tables.
- Using one login for everyone. You lose track of who did what.
- Choosing a package for a branch you do not have yet. Start small and upgrade later.
