What is a bar management system?
It is the software a bar uses to open tabs, send drinks to the bar, take payment and keep stock and daily takings in one place.
Can I run several tabs at once?
Yes. Open as many tabs as you need, by name or by table, and any waiter can add to any open tab.
Does it count bottles and tots?
Each drink is an item with its own stock. Selling a tot from a bottle is not converted automatically yet, so set the tot up as its own item.
Does the bartender see prices?
No. The bar login only sees the orders and marks them ready.
Does it take M-Pesa?
Yes. The cashier records M-Pesa, cash, card or a split, and each payment is kept with the sale.
Can it also run my kitchen?
Yes. Food orders go to a kitchen screen the same way. The Business package and above includes tables, tabs and both screens.
